A Real 2-Inch Suspension Lift for Your Ford Transit
Engineered to protect your driveline — not just raise the body.
- True 2" suspension lift, not a body lift
- Transfer case dropped 2" to keep factory driveline angles
- One of only ~7 authorized Quigley Q-Lift installers in the US
- Backed by our own workmanship warranty
Ford Lifts the Body. We Lift the Chassis — the Right Way.
Ford's factory Transit Trail is mostly a 3.5" body lift. It widens the track and fits taller tires, but it doesn't move the running gear — most of the real clearance you gain (about 1.25") comes from the tires, not the lift. The chassis underneath sits where it always did.
The Quigley Q-Lift is a true suspension lift: a 2" front strut spacer and a 2" rear, with the transfer case dropped 2" so the factory driveline angles are preserved. The van comes out sitting higher on its suspension while staying in OEM geometry — the way Ford engineered it to run.
Here's the part most shops won't explain: an AWD Transit can only safely gain about 2" of suspension lift before the front CV joints start wearing out early — a cheap body lift stacked too tall, or an over-lift, quietly destroys them. The Q-Lift is engineered right at that 2" ceiling, and the transfer-case drop is what compensates for it. That is the whole reason it lasts where a taller, cheaper lift doesn't.
Ford Transit Only — Here's Exactly What We Fit
The Q-Lift is engineered for the Ford Transit and nothing else. We fit:
- Ford Transit AWD — model years 2020–2025
- Ford Transit 2WD — model years 2015–2025
- Cutaway, Class B, and Class C AWD Transit variants
It does not fit the Mercedes Sprinter or the Ram ProMaster. The Q-Lift is a Transit-specific system. On another platform this isn't the right lift — but OZK builds full custom vans on Sprinter and ProMaster too, so tell us what you're after on the form and we'll point you the right way.
Buying used? We can still fit it, with two conditions: the van should have under 100,000 miles, and it has to pass a Quigley pre-inspection before we commit to the install.
The Components That Make the Lift Earn Its Keep
The lift gets you the height and the geometry. These are the additions that turn that clearance into real capability on the kind of roads you bought the van to drive:
- Bilstein B6 front struts — Firmer, better-damped control for the loaded front end.
- Falcon adjustable rear shocks — Dial in the rear for how you actually load and travel.
- High-clearance shock bracket (optional) — More usable travel where the terrain demands it.
- All-terrain tires — Where most of your real-world traction and clearance lives.
Bundled with the lift, they're a system — not a pile of parts. We'll tell you which ones your build actually needs and which it doesn't.
We Quote Against the Real Calendar, Not a Brochure
When the kit is in stock, a Q-Lift install is measured in days, not weeks. But busy season runs longer, and we're not going to print a number we can't hold — a lift quoted as a few days somewhere else can quietly become months. We quote against our live shop calendar so the timeline you get is the timeline you'll actually have.

Backed by Our Workmanship Warranty
OZK Customs is a custom van shop in Northwest Arkansas — we've been building and upfitting full custom vans since 2019, and the Q-Lift is one of the systems we install our proven way. A suspension lift is only as good as the install. We back ours in writing with our own workmanship warranty — because on a system that protects your driveline, our install being the safer choice is the whole point. The kit is engineered right; we make sure it goes on right, and we stand behind that.
On the parts themselves, Quigley warranties all lift components except struts and shocks against material defects for 5 years; the Bilstein shocks carry Bilstein's own warranty. Quigley replaces defective parts — install labor is covered under our workmanship warranty, not theirs. Abuse or unintended use voids coverage, as you'd expect.
