Backwoods Adventure Mods has set the standard for aftermarket front bumpers for adventure vans. The popular Scout Bumper is available for Sprinter, Transit, and Promaster vans, and offers a sleek, integrated aesthetic that installs over the factory bumper, making for simple install and adding only 3” of bulk over the original bumper dimensions. So if you are looking to keep a clean, low-profile look to your conversion van, the Backwoods Scout Bumper is a minimalist, but still rugged option that will provide far more protection and practicality than your factory bumper.

Fabricated in one piece from 3/16th” steel and bolting directly to your van’s frame, the Scout Bumper provides immense strength in a low-profile package. It comes with built-in shackle mounts for self-recovery efforts, and a winch mount designed for the top-of-the-line Warn VR-EVO winches. Self-recovery is in this bumper’s DNA – low profile or not, this is not a winch for any off road situation to mess with.

The bumper is compatible with all your van’s factory sensors and includes an integrated 2” front receiver for maximum usefulness. If you are interested in even more protection or a place to mount extra front-end lights, the Scout front bumper can be ordered with a Bull Bar designed to bolt directly to bumper.
