Sometimes on your vacations or other trips in your camper van, amidst all the excitement of your adventures you may still want the normalcy of being able to sit down at an actual table to enjoy dinner or another quick meal. But, camper vans are not really spacious enough to allow a full, fixed table set-up without it being in the way of other activities or living space requirements. This is where a truly adjustable, swivel leg table system, like that from the Swedish company Lagun, is built perfectly for van life and its unique requirements.

Lagun looks to set the market benchmark for trusted quality, function, and durability with its products, and this innovative table leg system is no exception. The Table Leg Mounted uses a simple 3.5” by 6.75” bracket to attach to any flat surface – this may be the wall of your van, the side of a cabinet or bench seat… it can mount to any solid vertical surface. The standard leg is 21.75” with the option of a longer 29.75” leg, both easy to adjust vertically in the bracket to achieve the perfect height each time. The 16” table arm swivels 360 degrees, as does the roughly 10” by 8” table mounting plate.

The Lagun table leg was designed specifically for life on the road – and its function and practicality are all aimed towards RV’s, camper vans, and other mobile living solutions! The incredible adjustability of the table arm and mounting plate means that when you are not using the table, you can easily swing it out of the way. Depending on where you have the leg mounted, this might be back underneath your panel bed, over to the side of your galley cabinet, etc… Locking down the handles secures both the table leg and the arm, so you can be sure your table won’t randomly flop down while you are sitting at it, or start rattling around while you are on the road.

The Table Leg frame is made from tough anodized aluminum, in either standard silver or black, making it corrosion proof and suitable for either indoor or outdoor use. The sleek and modern design pairs well with any number of tabletops – we like to custom make our tabletops at OZK Customs. Our standard tabletops are ¾ inch solid bamboo – beautiful,

resilient, and easy to clean. And we’d also be happy to help you pick out any tabletop material or aesthetic you want for your custom conversion van! The table mount will support up to 55 lbs. and a variety of table top sizes up to 40” x 28”.

Once the table mounting bracket is installed, the table set up and adjustability are all tool-free for a truly hassle-free user experience. It disassembles in seconds by pulling the vertical leg out of the mounting bracket, so you can easily store it out of sight, or set it up in a second mount outside!
