As you considering your custom camper van upfit, there are a few literally foundational components that almost everything else in your van depends on. These are your floors and walls, and they may not be the most exciting parts of van building, but trust us they matter! We know one of the biggest names in conversion van wall kits is Adventure Wagon, and for a good reason. Their Modular Interior Wall Kits are innovative and highly functional, especially if you often change your van’s interior configuration and count on being able to detach your panel bed, cabinets, Adventure Wagon Mule Bags, etc… to be able to make space for different trips and adventures. But, if you don’t need that modularity and know exactly how you want your van to be set up more or less permanently, then there is really no reason to outlay the high investment for an Adventure Wagon kit. Our Fixed Wall Kit is an affordable option designed with the adventure van industry at the forefront and is custom fit for exactly your van and your van life needs.

We use 3/16” Baltic birch plywood for our wall panels. Baltic Birch is ideal for larger panels, being made from 100% hardwood – constructed from pressed together strips of birch, giving it a uniform thickness and sturdiness. This means that 3/16” birch plywood has perfect structural integrity for a wall, without the weight of other common panel alternatives.

Our process also sets our wall kit apart. Every piece of your van wall is custom cut to your van measurements – no mass production of sections that may or may not fit your camper van perfectly. Our CNC router allows us to create precision cuts and dog-bone connectors, creating stable, flat seams that will never pull apart or warp from vibration, jarring, or moisture and temperature variations. Each panel is wrapped in a hard-wearing tweed fabric that has been proven to hold up to sometimes rough adventure van life. This gives your walls that comfort of a soft, but durable and easy-to-clean surface that upgrades the interior aesthetic of your van.

Once we have thoroughly packed your van’s walls with premium Havelock Wool Insulation, we screw down each panel to solid wood wall studs, so that your wall will never shift and will hold anything we need to fasten to it to complete your conversion van upfit. The structural integrity of birch plywood panels allows us complete flexibility to mount panel beds, cabinets, and more to your exact specifications, with assurance of absolutely secure mounting points.
