Adventure Wagon Interior System
The modular wall panel and bed system that adapts to how you actually use your van. L-Track integration means infinite configurations — slide, lock, reconfigure, repeat. Professionally installed by OZK Customs.
The Modular Interior That Actually Works
Most van interiors are permanent the moment they're installed. You commit to a layout on day one, and that's what you live with — whether your needs change six months later or not. Adventure Wagon built their entire system around a different idea: what if your interior could change as fast as your plans do? Their modular wall panel system with integrated L-Track turns the interior of your van into a configurable platform where beds, shelves, tables, gear mounts, and storage systems slide into position and lock anywhere along the track. No drilling new holes. No permanent commitment. Just slide, lock, and go.
L-Track isn't some niche van-life invention — it's an aerospace and military-grade mounting standard used in cargo aircraft, ambulances, and tactical vehicles worldwide. It's the same system that secures stretchers in helicopters and pallets in C-130s. When Adventure Wagon integrated L-Track into their wall panels, they brought an industry-proven attachment standard into the van space. The result is a mounting system with thousands of compatible accessories, a proven load rating, and a track record measured in decades — not Kickstarter campaigns.
The materials matter too. Adventure Wagon panels are constructed from premium composite materials — lightweight enough to keep your van's payload capacity intact, durable enough to handle years of daily use in a moving vehicle, and finished to a standard that looks like a professional build because it is one. These aren't sheets of plywood screwed to your van walls. They're precision-cut, van-specific panels designed to interface with your Transit, Sprinter, or ProMaster's factory mounting points and body contours.
Adventure Wagon Full Interior with L-Track
The Adventure Wagon Full Interior is the foundation of a modular van build. Wall panels, ceiling panels, and integrated L-Track rails transform your empty cargo van into a finished, functional space with infinite attachment points. Every panel is cut and contoured for your specific van model — accounting for the curves, ribs, and irregularities that make every cargo van interior unique. The L-Track rails run horizontally along the wall panels, creating continuous mounting channels where any L-Track-compatible accessory can slide into position and lock with a quarter turn.
What this means in practice: you can mount a fold-down table for lunch, remove it for sleeping, and replace it with a gear rack for a mountain bike trip — all without touching a single screw or drill. Shelving systems slide along the track to accommodate different cargo. Bed platforms lock into position at any height. Gear mounts for bikes, surfboards, skis, or tools attach anywhere along the wall. The interior of your van becomes a workshop, a bedroom, a mobile office, or an equipment hauler depending on what you need that day — not what you decided six months ago.
The ceiling panels complete the enclosure, hiding wiring runs, insulation, and the bare metal roof behind a clean, finished surface. Combined with proper insulation installed beneath the panels — which OZK handles as part of every interior build — the full Adventure Wagon system transforms a hollow metal box into a space that feels like an interior, not a cargo hold. Light, warm, quiet, and infinitely configurable.

Adventure Wagon MOAB Bed
The MOAB Bed is Adventure Wagon's answer to the oldest compromise in van life: bed or living space. Most bed systems force you to choose — a permanent bed that eats your floor space, or a convertible setup that's mediocre at both jobs. The MOAB is a modular platform that converts from a comfortable seating arrangement to a full sleeping surface without the compromises that plague most convertible systems. The conversion is fast, intuitive, and doesn't require removing cushions, wrestling with hinges, or storing bed components somewhere else in the van while you're using the seating configuration.
Because the MOAB is designed to work with Adventure Wagon's L-Track system, the bed platform itself mounts to the wall-mounted tracks — meaning you can adjust its position along the length of the van. Need more cargo space behind the bed for a gear-heavy trip? Slide it forward. Want the bed closer to the rear doors for easy access? Slide it back. This isn't a theoretical feature — it's the practical result of building a bed system on a modular platform instead of bolting it permanently to the floor.
The MOAB's construction uses the same premium materials and engineering standards as the rest of the Adventure Wagon line. Aluminum framing keeps weight low while maintaining the structural integrity needed to support two adults plus the dynamic forces of a moving vehicle. The cushion system is designed for both seating comfort and sleep quality — not the thin foam pads that most van beds pass off as mattresses. When paired with the full Adventure Wagon interior, the MOAB completes a living space that genuinely works for both day use and overnight stays.
Convertible Platform
Transforms from seating to full sleeping surface in seconds. No cushion juggling, no hinge wrestling, no storing components elsewhere in the van.
L-Track Compatible
Mounts to wall-mounted L-Track rails for adjustable positioning. Slide the bed forward or back to optimize cargo space for any trip configuration.
Aluminum Construction
Lightweight aluminum framing rated for two adults plus dynamic vehicle forces. Structural integrity without the weight penalty of steel or wood platforms.
Premium Cushion System
Engineered for both seated comfort and actual sleep quality. Purpose-built foam density — not the thin pads most van beds call a mattress.
L-Track: The System Behind the System
L-Track is the reason Adventure Wagon interiors age differently than every other van build. Most van interiors become less useful over time — you discover what doesn't work, but changing it means drilling new holes, patching old ones, and hoping the new layout is better than the last. With L-Track, reconfiguration is the default state. Every accessory, every mounting point, every attachment is designed to move. Your van interior evolves with you instead of locking you into a layout that made sense on paper but doesn't match your life.
The ecosystem of L-Track-compatible accessories is massive because the standard has been in use for decades across multiple industries. Fold-down tables, cup holders, phone mounts, tie-down rings, cargo nets, tool holders, bike mounts, surfboard racks, dog leash anchors, monitor arms — if you can imagine attaching it to a wall, someone makes an L-Track fitting for it. And because the standard is universal, you're not locked into a single manufacturer's accessory ecosystem. Any L-Track accessory from any manufacturer fits any L-Track rail.
This versatility is what makes Adventure Wagon the choice for van owners who use their vehicles for more than one thing. A contractor who hauls tools during the week and camps on weekends. A photographer who needs a mobile studio on Tuesday and a road-trip setup on Friday. A family that carries car seats and strollers one month and mountain bikes and camping gear the next. L-Track means one van, unlimited configurations — and zero permanent modifications to switch between them.
Work Configuration
Fold-down workbench, tool mounts, tie-down points for equipment. Convert to a mobile workshop in minutes, back to living space just as fast.
Adventure Configuration
Bike racks, surfboard mounts, ski holders, gear shelves. Slide into position for the trip, remove when you're back to daily driving.
Living Configuration
Bed platform, fold-down table, shelving, storage bins. A complete living space that reconfigures for solo travel, couples, or families.
How It Integrates With Your Build
The Adventure Wagon system doesn't exist in isolation — it's the structural layer that everything else in your van build connects to. Electrical wiring runs behind the panels through integrated channels, keeping cables organized and out of sight. Insulation sits between the metal shell and the panel surface, creating the thermal and acoustic barrier that makes the interior comfortable. Climate control components — heater ducting, fan cutouts, AC connections — are planned around the panel layout so nothing conflicts and everything has a clean, finished interface.
This is why installation order matters and why professional installation makes a meaningful difference. At OZK, we install the Adventure Wagon system as part of a planned build sequence: insulation and sound deadening first, then electrical rough-in, then panels, then finish work. Every layer accounts for the next one. The electrical team knows where the panels will mount. The panel installation accounts for where the heater ducting runs. The bed system knows where the L-Track rails are positioned. Nothing is an afterthought.
The Adventure Wagon interior pairs naturally with every other system OZK installs — Havelock Wool insulation, Lizard Skin sound deadening, SmartFloor flooring, RB Components or Van Wife cabinetry, and any electrical or climate package. It also works with suspension upgrades, exterior armor, and connectivity systems. When you build with OZK, every component is selected to work together, and the Adventure Wagon panels are the backbone that ties the interior together.

Why Professional Installation Matters
L-Track Alignment Is Critical
L-Track only works when the rails are perfectly straight and level. A rail that's off by even a few millimeters creates binding points where accessories won't slide, won't lock, or won't hold load. Professional installation means laser-straight tracks that function flawlessly across every inch — the difference between a system that works and one that fights you every time you try to move something.
Van Contours Require Shimming
Cargo van walls aren't flat — they're corrugated, curved, and different on every side. Adventure Wagon panels must be shimmed and fitted to account for these contours, ensuring flush mounting, consistent gaps, and panels that don't flex or rattle over time. This fitment work is where experience matters most, and where DIY installs most commonly fail.
Electrical & Insulation First
Panels go on after insulation and electrical rough-in — never before. Once the panels are up, accessing the wiring and insulation behind them requires removal. Getting the sequence wrong means tearing out finished work to fix something that should have been done first. OZK builds in the correct order every time because we've done it hundreds of times.
Single-Point Accountability
When OZK installs your Adventure Wagon system, we own the entire result — panels, L-Track alignment, integration with electrical and insulation, and compatibility with every other system in the van. One team, one build plan, one phone call if you ever have a question. No finger-pointing between your panel installer and your electrician.
